Also this is a free tool, not used it myself but others on here say it does the job.

If you have 'staff' it might be worth trying Sage or something similar.

We have a department for that. Most of our office is out sourced. Very easy. We do have a small office in Kings Hill. I rarely go to the office. I mainly work from home except when I am out on site.

They use IRIS. It can be a little expensive for small companies. Sage has a free one available as well I think. Check out there site.

If you onlY have about 10 employees then there is one there for about £105. Could be worth a look.

with our clocking in system it keeps track of the hours and days / shift patterns and then at the end of the cycle the department prints the wage slips. Very easy and saves emailing lots of paper work off or times.

google  worldpay  50 pounds a year free support takes a few minutes to set up. type in the hours, works out everything and produces pay slips on copy paper via printer all done.

will also calculate holiday entitlement and produce p60 at the end of the year
