Aparently it scratches them. I didnt fancy being sued by loads of irate customers so dropped the idea.

i thought about adding solar panel cleaning to my services,but was a little worried about scratching them,but have read that they should be cleaned using water run through a DI,hard water a no no!,clean using a soft brush & low pressure rinse,regular cleaning of 2/3 cleans per year or the power can drop by anything upto 25%.

Is there really a gap to market "solar panel cleaning" separately? Might be best just to add it to your current list of services?

It was about 18 panels, first time ive ever cleaned solar panels, i just guessed at £40 if im honest

I clean solar panels for one of my customers every time I clean her windows (bi monthly), 18 solar panels for £10.. but it only takes me 6 minutes!! ;)
