??? i've just been delivered a DIY system from wintecs, after reading some great reviews on this site anyway not sure if im being dumb or not but it didn't come with any instructions? i know theres not that much to do but quite a few connectors and no idea which goes to where, anyway their closed til monday and i'm stuck any help would be much appreciated
cheers

what kind of system - is it a trolley
-
no it's installed in the van a 175 litre tank with the pump, resin and everything else in the van
-
do you want a sequence of what goes where in the chain on the van
-
yeah that would be a great help, was hoping someone may have an instruction sheet as i'm confused with all these connectors but any help will push me in the right direction
-
When I started I drew a diagram of the chain and it helped with the basics - there's obviously more to it that that but I hope it can help
Outside tap - ro - water butt - submersible pump and hose - van mount tank - pump inlet - pump oulet - di - hose reel - pole
plenty of thread tape on connectors - use decent ones -
fit the pump with the hose connectors at the bottom or lain flat - if they are on the top and you get a leak they could foul the electrics
use stop connectors wherever you are likely to have to break the hose - to pole etc
you might not need to pump your water if it's a smaller tank - you could just fill smaller cans and fill the tank manually
-
yep makes look simpler when you break it down!although this system works by filling the in van tank with tap water-then in purifies it before it sends it through the pump and up the pole.is it stil the same process you described? cheers for the help!

Sounds like it - are you just using di or is there an ro on the van
-
di i think? theres only the resin cylinder to purify the water
-
Spiffing - then just follow the chain form the van tank part - you probably will get a couple of leaks till you suss it out but that's all part of the fun
Good luck
