Hi everyone ..
We are just starting up our carpet cleaning business and have been looking at a few carpet cleaning machine stockists . The one that sticks out for me is alltec . Has anyone had much dealings with these and is using them the way forward ..
Many thanks

Although Machines can be transported you need to think what is the Value Added by Alltec if you deal with them
Can I take advantage of it
Or would I do better looking for a supplier nearer to me.
For Example Big Clean

I have never dealt with Big Clean but have with Alltec for years although I do buy from other sources as well, Alltec are one of the better suppliers in our industry with machinery that last the test of time and also holds good resales value a bit like VW's you can buy cheaper but not better.

Altec???????
Have you tried dealing with them?
Tried to buy a machine and chemicals , gave them the list of items required said they'd ring back and never did lost a 2k sale
Try Hugh crane whittlesey good deal from them speak to Jim tell him I sent you. Did not like them but they turned it around last month

Alltec machines are great. Occasionally I have had to chase up a reply to a message but in fairness this can and does happen with all companies.
Overall I can't recommend their machines highly enough.
They will have someone they recommend in your area to offer a back up service so do not let their location put you off.

Why would you need your machine supplier to be close to you. I've never had to send a machine back in 15yrs. I've found Alltec fantastic. Over the years when I've had problems theres always been a helpful guy on the other end of phone to order the exact part I need or to talk me through a repair procedure. I've had an Extracta machine, a Ninja ( which I gave up using after a year and is gathering dust somewhere) and 2 Alltec machines which are by far the best.

Alltec seem to licence building , or whatever the equivalent of the US Sandia Sniper now , The lightweight express 100 looks like a great little machine for stair climbing , awkward apts , etc ...

Hi all,
Thanks for the replies. Been looking around for a while but as we're beginners alltec seem to be offering the best start up advice / packages so seeing as people seem to agree about their machine quality then it looks like we'll be going with them.
Cheers, Craig

I have alwas found Alltec pretty decent to deal with.
They have decent engineers and good solid British built equipment.

Got to say the same as doug..
I went with them as the quality build was more solid than others i saw on the market but each to there own..

I've got no problem with the quality of the stuff they sell, but have had a bit of a nightmare in terms of customer service. Mainly in respect of needing parts and them never actually doing it or getting back to me. Some niggly little things with my TM they installed that still bug me.

i can agree with that! good products but not the best service somthimes!

i totally agree....alltec provides great products, customer service is not the best though. ???
