Title: cement on windows and frames

Whats the best way to clean it of windows can scrape it off but is there a quicker way?using scrubber pad to clean frames any quicker way?

To do it without too much risk of scratching it has to be a sharp scraper blade.

Wouldn't want to experiment really!
I once used a plastic washing-up scourer and left hideous scratches. :-[
