Title: A question for people that have employees
Post by: Erithwc on May 27, 2011, 08:16:32 am
Hi

in the future i will want to have people working for me doing residential window cleaning.

At the moment i have a few jobs where you need to use ladders to go over garage flat roofs/gates and go through garages to clean the rear windows, as i want to have people working for me in the future would it be better to avoid this kind of work or does it not really matter  ???

thanks paul

Make sure you have a risk assessment drawn up for that building and a record of training.
Start the RA before you employ.

If you have a full head of hair and live a fairly stress free life and wish to keep both, then my advice is DONT employ.

every day gives you problems. yesterday one of mine crashed his van AGAIN.  >:(
