It's RAINING ;D ;D ;D ;D
Not a lot, mind you, but at least it's some. I was beginning to worry we were in for another stint like 1976 - back then they were even talking about banning us from using one bucketful a day!!
The dreaded hosepipe ban was looming ever nearer, those who remember the last one a few years ago will recall the water companies did everything they could to stop us using WFP - they didn't succeed but this time you can bet your eyes they will have got some new regulations in place.
Not that it makes much difference, you can't turn up at Mrs Jones' house and start chucking water about like there's no tomorrow when she isn't even allowed to water her window box - she'll cancel on the spot!!
Roll on the deluge, I say! Constant steady rain from 8.00pm to 7.00am for a month, please ;D

You'll gather from the above that I'm down in the south east ;D

We haven't had more than a few inches of rain here since mid Feb Ian. I remember 76. That was a classic.

Ian,
When we had a hosepipe ban a few years ago I continued using WFP as normal... A few customers made comments, but I just said the water was for business use, and they were happy... Didn't get any cancellations because of it!
