Two Residential properties for sale. I am re-organising my work & both are a bit too far away than I'd like.
Ascot job is 3 monthly. I normally clean the gutters as well every other visit. Due to dormer windows it would only suit wfp wc. The gutters though can be done off a ladder but certain pitches would need the ladder footing. Would be very easy with a guttervac.
The price for the windows only is £140.00, windows & gutters is £250.00. They are due to be cleaned shortly (next couple of weeks & probably windows & gutters). Very loyal customer - I cleaned their previous property & they asked me to continue with this one. Work is very straight forward & very well priced as I have added travelling time.
Esher job is £95 for the windows + £80 for conservatory roof (in & out) as & when. All could be done trad or wfp. This job is booked in for next week.
Anyone interested please email me.
Thanks,
Dave
