its hard to tell from the pictures, have you got any better ones mate
Mark

No, going to have to go have a look.
She said it feels like suede but isn't.

If she's saying it feels like suede but isn't then its probably faux suede which is easily cleanable, the picture kinda looks like faux suede also.
Just check how much she paid for it, if its real suede it would have cost thousands.
-
Yes asked the price question and she
said it's definitely not suede.Faux suede
is machine washable so should be ok with
HWE.

Id go with the faux suede mate too..there again go and have alook as clients say one thing and when you go its another..

If it is Faux Suede avoid Fabric restorer or solvents and keep the temp down to avoid delaminating.
I would use MS agitate with a towel and then plain water rinse then reset nap with towel.
Should get excellent results

I have expanded it and I'd say Faux, cleans up well I have used Fab restore but it's a sod to rinse out, MS cleans it well.

Light mist Solutions HD, towel agitate,
warm water rinse and towel dry and set
nap. That's the plan.
Thanks all for input.

I'd take a turbo they seem very wet when doing them but with a turbo they dry very quickly sometimes they can look a bit wrinkly but when dry are back to normal so a turbo will take away any squeeky bum moments.

Yes might use the blower for a change.

Bummer of a job.
Misted solutions hd and towelled off
and the muck was unbelievable and yet
it was still dirty looking.
Had to repeat 3 and 4 times with the
bottom cushions and arms with a plain
water extraction after each.
Customer was over the moon with it
though so worth the extra effort.

Just got back from one as well, coincidence ;D
Faux suede that is, my one was beige in colour so all the staining and water marks were really prominent.
Came up a treat.
