Title: Confidential agreement

Please can anyone help.

I have been asked by a client for a copy of my employee confidential agreement, ie something that my cleaner signs to say they will not discuss or disclose anything they see in my clients premises.

Does anyone have a copy that I can produce ? Need for tomorrow !!
