go to staples or a post office and buy an invoice book £5 tops. im sure he doesnt want anything flash. you just need to say how much your charging him and what for...thats it.

If you have George, its simple to just print off an invoice!! Even if you haven't you simply need to put your name and address and theirs at the top, and how much you are charging him for cleaning his windows.. simple!!  :)
