Post by: BEN DAVISON CLEANING on May 19, 2011, 07:10:34 pm
going to get some supplies tomorow from mid warwickshire cleaning supplies and have been told formula90 and powerburst are the two best presprays on the market. Just wondered what ppls opinions were on this.Iv been using ultapac renovate with good results.
I also use extraction plus and wondered if there was a better alternative to this.Cheers lads.Ben :D

F90 is a detergent rinse not a pre-spray..... but good stuff. Powerburst has an excellent reputation

Formula 90 (according to the label) can be used as a prespray, or as a rinse detergent.  Don't get me wrong, I'm a complete novice but I'm more inclined to use F90 as a prespray, and a much lower pH product as a rinse detergent - but I may be wrong.

Regards,

Ash

Hi Guys

Formula 90 can be used as both  and has a higher pH when more concentrated.

Powerburst is excellent but it should be acid rinsed as it is high pH.

Worth remebering most dirt is acidic so higher pH will work better BUT can destabalise colours and cause damage to wool fibres.

Cheers
