Title: invoice help please

I need a proffesional looking invoice for a contract I have.I Gave them a invoice but they can't accept it for some reason.
 I can't afford to lose it as its worth 300 plus quid a week.
Please help.

why wont they accept it? , gosh they sound picky .. its just a piece of paper with your company details price etc.

They wanted it proffesional its all done and are happy with it.
Contracts mine and maybe another alongside it.20 miles away.
