Title: jointing sand stabiliser

got a customer who wants his block paved drive cleaned & re-sanded, he dosen't want it sealed but wants sand stabiliser put down so the rain wont wash out the sand, his drive is quite steep & he claims that when he has had it cleaned before as soon as it rained it washed the sand out, any body used this stuff before.
