This is a professional way of cleaning window frames, there are lots of times that we have cleaned window frames which there was lot of debris in between the gap and frame base, and it use to take us lot of time to remove them with a water fed pole, plus the debris got stock to the water fed pole brush Hence more wasted time to clean the water fed pole brush.

Therefore this way we found it much easier.

This information is for professionals only  ;)

I use a microfibre cloth to remove the debris. I find wasting pure water and getting crap all over my brush tiresome. I also think i would find getting a specialist brush to clean sills a ball ache too. I like to go for the simple methods !!! As regards the debris inbetween the gap and frame base, i',assuming you mean the window frame and sill? Then you could flush for England and still never flush it all out, let it run and go over it with a cloth?

This is my cobweb and door sill brush. It sits in my BOAB and saves loads of time getting rid of those pesky little cobweb balls you sometimes get in the corners. I find it saves me wasting loads of time and water trying to get them off with my water fed brush.

It's also good for cleaning round door sills that can get really messy with cobwebs and tiny bits of vegetation.

It was 20p from a car boot sale.

Hi seymoure  I have tried this brush before, but I found its not as good as the one we use now, specially on high areas.

I agree. It's not as good. I can see that the long bristles on the duster you're using get right in to the crevices which is where the bits get stuck.

But for my own personal needs it's better. I need something that I can very occasionally just whip out at a moment's notice to deal with a particular cobweb or mucky door frame and then pop back in my BOAB and then get back to work.

And I don't use it on high areas. If the little cobwebs are on upper floor windows, they just get left, I'm afraid. There are limits to what's achievable.
