Title: Quote for cleaning wall

I have been asked to quote for cleaning to some external building walls.
Its 389 m2 and is natural stone,assuming access is no problem what  figure do you reckon i should be quoting ?

How long will it take you?
How dirty are they and with what kind of staining? (moss, soot, carbon?)
Whats your m2 price for stone? (if youve got one)

Day rate? + extras? (fuel, chems, lunch?  ;D)

I would be thinking in terms of £5/ mtr2 plus access equipment and sheeting off. Remember about permits if it's in an area where Joe Public has access. Phil D

Access is all arranged via scaffolding,its a barn conversion project on a farm so no public will be about.
I dont really have a set day rate for this sort of work,i am going onsite to get a better idea of the size of it and to look for any hidden problems.
