Title: nicotine on outside of frames!

just thinking about a job i have coming up. well im probably gonna dump it its a £15 flat but the woman smokes like a chimney and she has obviously been hanging out of her window smoking ffor years because there are visible yellow stains on and above frames its rank. well nearly every other time she complains of streaks which i have decided is this nicotine coming down. just wondered if any of you have ever encountered similar?

got one old boy smoke coming out top vent only way we could get a result was to avoid top frame since then no probs ;D ;D ;D

If you use a trolley or back pack add some Iso to  the water and clean as normal.It will de solve the nicotine and the pure will flush it away.

Sure its nicotine? If its the kitchen it could be cooking fats.
