Title: Newbie needs help pricing up a job!!!

I've just been asked to clean the windows, frames and conservatory (glass and pvc) of a large detached house in South Hertfordshire. There are around 20 windows - most average size except for 3 larger ones. Six of them are on a sloping ledge that I can get to but a bit dodgy safety-wise and could clean with a pole. The conservatory is about 5x4m with a spire at the top. Builders have just been working on the house so the glass and frames are very dirty.

I reckon £30-40 for the house and £50 for the conservatory. I've got to do the job before Saturday so your advice will be much appreciated.

if its the house i think it is cheshunt area price 60 pounds
