Title: Skype? Anyone use it?

Some of my customers have told me that this is a very cheap way to make phone calls etc. So before I download the thing I wanted to get some reaction from the guys on here regarding Skype.

I use skype to chat to friends overseas.Just remember the people you want to chat with also need to be on skype and have there computer up and running. I also chat to my daughter at uni. So its not like a phone.

Yep. Use it all the time to UK. It's free

i can't believe microsoft paid 5 billion for skype when you can download it for free off the internet.

We use skype to talk to my son in Bristol but its not much good for casual phone calls

I get free national & international calls on my landline, so no need for it... oh and they are free, i dont pay extra for them
