Its good, BUT. only on glass that is already clean if you just use pure water.
I use mine on maintenance cleans and am very happy with it. It does a great job and is very quick.
I bought it for an internal job which was 50' high with no other access. the results were rubbish until I started using something in the water which solved the problem. after that it was fine.

yep - as stated - only good on previously cleaned glass, then it's very good !

As already stated, fine on maintenance cleans. I don't have Dragonfly but do have Vikan Easyshine. Same principle but without a po ump so better for lower work. Saves me loads of time on internal commercial cleans.
A word of warning. I made a silly mistake some while back. I put them through the washing machine. The following job had to be re-done. I believe this was because the pads were cleaned in tap water. Now, I soak them in de-ionised water and hand wash them. If you have a hot water system even better. However, I take some de-ionised water indoors and heat it in a saucepan before tipping it into a bucket onto the pads.

Paul, i am suprised to hear you have had a problem after washing.
I always wait till i have about 10 - 20 dirty then chuck them in the machine on a 40 degree, I also use fabric softener. i dont seem to get any trouble.
Maybe it was something else and you just assumed it was down to washing?
Heating di water, soaking and hand washing sounds like a lot of bother, why not wash 2 or 3 in the machine and test it next time.

Now I am a little perplexed. The only job I ever had trouble with was immediately after they went through the machine. It was the only thing I did differently that I can think of. Before, and since, that time, I have always handwashed in de-ionised (usually cold) and not had trouble. The only exception to this was the very first time I used them when I was experimenting.
Maybe something else did cause the duff job but I'll be damned if I know what it was.

Thanks for the info.
Will have to look into buying one, but, things are tight as usual & £500 is a lot to spend, if i can renew some work or gain new contract then will def buy.
Thanks
