no, dont even try to compete
in fact dont even think about it

dont waste any time at all on this matter
i shouldnt even be posting this reponse

you have better things to think about
like your profit
that something, he will never have a problem with
because he dosent think about it
he try's to compete with everybody
and waste his own time

I came across a newbie who was charging £10 to do all the windows on a 6 bed detached house, all the frames, the font door, the sofits and the gutters. Not only that, he was also going to include repainting the place, re do all the pointing, cut the grass and build a summer house in the garden.

With those prices how am I supposed to make a living?

 ;D

For £15 you'd have to throw in a freebie like offering to clean all the carpets and shine the silver.

What does surprise me about these low price newbies is that they don't then get undercut by a pikey or someone who's on the dole.

Bet he won't go back though.........One week working at that rate say 4 per day 5 days a week, nice bit of extra spends for a doley or someone on the sick :)

I found a flyer recently half-pushed through a customers letter box offering to clean their windows for £7.

I charge this customer £22.

Some people are just daft.
