Did I read somewhere, when doing a job with a truckmount on a hill, you should park facing up hill?

Hi Bob,

I supose it depends on which way the unit is mounted in the van.

In anycase it it should not exceed  + or - 10% incline because it may cause lubrication problems both of engine and blower.

Tony.

I think it was me that said that about the truck mount facing up hill.  The supplier of our truck mount told us the van must always face up hill.

I've solved this problem by having my truckmount siting in a little boat floating in my freshwater tank, so no matter what angle the van is at, the machine is always level.

Great idea Tony, a lodge of cleaning instruction, and of course as it is the hope of reward that sweetens Labour, maybe we should only take cash in the hand  ;D

Your right I had a bane-clean, got a hydra master now, still scratching my Bol***ks trying to think where we met, it must be my age, hardly remember what I did yesterday let alone six to eight years ago.
