Title: next step
Post by: GB Window Cleaning on May 07, 2011, 07:59:52 pm
ok so ive been using my trolley for awhile now, with just d.i with tds in at 320 from the tap, and i seem to be using up a lot of resin.

So what would you recomend as the next step? i want something like a van mounted r.o! whats best suited on a budget
for a 2003 combo?
 ;D thanks all ideas considered

Why a van mounted RO System?  Do you not have an area where you can put a 1000 litre IBC?

Although not as economical as an RO have you thought about using two DI vessels?

Once the first one starts to rise in TDS, instead of throwing it away you use it to "pre-filter" the second vessel which has new resin in it. Also known as a "twin DI system".

Doing this & using Tulsion MB115 resin will prolong your resin life considerably!
