I have done a con (full) for £60. The customer wants it doing (roof and sides) every 16 weeks. What % would you charge of first clean for a regular 12 week clean? This clean will also be with the house clean as I do them every 8 weeks.
I was thinking about £12 as it wont be bad but is that too cheap?
Cheers

Anyone?
Rough idea of % of full clean?
Thanks

IF ITS THE SAME ONE YOU DID FOR £60 AT LEAST £30 YEH IT WONT BE AS BAD BUT ITS STILL ONLY 3 TIMES A YEAR
-
3 x per year @ 50%
2 x per year @ 75%
oh and by the way £60 wouldn't be a price for an initial connie clean...especially inclusive of rest of property windows.
If you want to do this type of work as a stand alone business or a succesful add-on then you really need to market the service to exisiting and potential new customers....Your prices will change quick enough then i can assure you.

i do a few regular conny roofs for existing customer every few months.if they are no access issues(like fence in the way so you need ladders)i charge anything from £15-£20.these are small roofs though and take around 20-30 mins to clean.
if its an initial clean thats filthy and i need ladders to access the roof panels nearest the wall of the house.upwards of £60.at the end of the day we all charge what we see fit for each particular job depending on access, size and how dirty it is.
i have quite a few annual cleans of roofs.usually £30 is acceptable for my customers if i can just reach with my pole without ladders with no tfr needed.good add ons in spring/summer.

Have you told the customer that it will be less in future? If not then charge £60!!! ::)

with have alot of con valet customers who have a full valet then just have the roof done every 4 months.
roofs is priced at £30 - £40 on a 4 monthly

So is the £30 to £40 for the roof about half the cost of the first full clean?
