Starting a 12,000 sq ft buffet style resturant my people have to mop and sweep

Use 80 cm flat continental swiffer mops with Molt Net spray on to sweep they will sort it in minutes.  Then use a mini scrubber drier.  Mind you that is some sized Buffet Restaurant 1200M2.

This machine is well worth a look and available from a number of manufacturers in both mains and battery. They are ultra manoeuvrable and very compact with easy use.
