Just give the customer your bank details and have them enter their postcode/house number as a reference and that should be as complicated as it need be.

Cheers
Dave.

Further to last post.
I ask for the last 4 digits of their account No. as sometimes the bank only leave an account No in the reference space..
Get as much data of your customer as possible as it all helps.
If you have any problems identifying certain online transactions, reduce the clean to say £9.99 instead of £10.00

Paypal all the way,

There's a small charge but cheaper than the cost of the fuel it takes to collect.

Plus if you have staff you have to pay wages and fuel to colliect.

Also it sounds a bit like papal and with my kids going to a roman catholic school I feel as though I'm doing my bit spread the lords message. Paypal it is for me.

Dean.
