Can someone name some of the best shops, for equipment for value for money and service.

I would say it depends on what products you want to buy.
For poles, brushes & certain wfp accessories I use Gardiners.
For trad gear I use a few-
Soapnational
Wintecs
Window cleaning warehouse - to name 3 of my main ones.

resin - daqua
poles - gardiners
trad bits - theres a few really - soap national are good
then there are good alround places for all bits - purefreedom & wcw

soap national and cleaning spot . soap national once drove over in person to deliver summat to me (but i wasnt in ) and he texts too,saying the items on its way. i keep meaning to drop in on his place to have a good gander as its only a few miles from me.
windowclean centre in Ipswich is good too,ive been in there a few times ,to buy a scraper etc ,fairly friendly too and i believe his dad cleaned the empire state building
