Title: Window Cleaning Round Sale of Agreements

Hi Can anyone help

Does anyone have a template or a copy of a "Agreement of Sale"  We have just purchased a window cleaning round in our area for 28 houses and beofre handing over the money would like some type of agreement to agree and sign.

cant the old windy give you a invoice. saying round sold to you and you both sign it

bought and sold several rounds never had anything on paper,we all must be gentlemen around here

There used to be a law which basically says that the seller cant do anything for a minimum of two year, eg go back on your bought territory, i allways insist on 10 years

You are buying goodwill and it is the established reputation of a business regarded as a quantifiable asset and calculated as part of its value when it is sold.
