i quoted her £30 for it you will need a ladder to get to some sections it is dirty its not a small roof but not massive just a bit tricky,

will need that tfr stuff i would like to watch to be honest ,so i can see how you get those mint results.

i feel i may have under priced it so i can call her and try and up it ,if it has to be £60 thats fine ill just explain if i loose the house i loose the house if anyone wants to do this let me know its on the 23/05/11.

i dont want any money from it.
i just want someone to complete the add on she requested months ago.
she will prob cancel once its done  i feel thats why shes been hanging on i kepted saying next time but i cant get out of it now! ;D
