It is extremely rare for ANY employer to pay their staff for lunch breaks.
When I employed in the past I use to give them a 10 min break in the morning for a coffee, then half hour lunch then another 10 min coffee break in the afternoon, I paid them for the coffee breaks but not the lunch breaks.
