Title: scratched glass

hi all sratched some glass today customer not happy and a way i could polish them out any help please thanks andy

rubbed the nylon brush head on some bird muck

The actual brush head as opposed to the bristles?

Is it just a scratch or lots of little scratches?

did a clean 2 months ago  builders clean a very large window was scratched showed this to the foreman ,he had a scratch repair kit ,it worked great when i did the hand over clean it was gone

not the bristles the nylon head and about 5 sratches

I always do that on dried bird drops.

Never thought it can scratch the glass  ??? :-X

some birds consume sand or grit, so what goes in must come out!
