Title: White or brown Envelopes
Post by: s.hughes on April 20, 2011, 05:52:04 pm
Was wondering what is best to use for S.A.E.
Now this may seem a funny question but!!!! when I started years ago a custy sent me a £10 note in a white envelope. Well I got the envelope but no £10, it was stolen from obviously the posty as they are the only ones who could have handled it.

Since then I have left brown envelopes but have also never been sent money in the post since.

I now have a new printer and it prints fine on white envelopes but funny enough not brown. I have been out and got different types of brown envelopes but it simply wont work. The printer pulls it in and scrunches it up and it happens all the time.

So what do you all leave, White or Brown?

your tag lines says "I want to climb the corporate ladder" yet you cant decide if you should use white or brown envelopes?

What will you do if you get a really tough corporate decision to make? for instance if a customer says "do you want sugar in your tea?

I hope you have got CIU on your mobile or your stuffed.  ;D

What I'm asking is, for those who use white envelopes, have they had problems getting paid?

Thats all,

And no I dont have sugar in my tea

Dont know why I bother

I use white, my brother uses brown, there isn't a difference, we both get paid, and the usual ones don't pay, I think White looks better personally, but if your printer wont take the brown u wouldn't worry about using white

Viking Direct supply cheap white envelopes that have a pattern inside that hides notes / print etc.  All you can normally see is the actual shape of content if you hold it up to the light.
