Title: Customers
Post by: MJHolmes on April 18, 2011, 02:35:37 pm
Hi all,

i stared out last July and one of my customers is starting to take the mick out of the cleaning trying to add things on and saying that i said i would do it when i came around to price up (But i never did)....but she has been a good customer but she tinks that cleaning all the conservatory is in the price.

What do you think do i drop her.....or what would you do...

No need to drop just put her straight, if she doesn't get it after that then drop her

totally agree - give her a chance and then get rid if she keeps trying it on

I HAVE A CUSTY BEEN DOING ABOUT 6/7 MONTHS NOW. job was priced at £12 one day 3 or 4 cleans in she says you missed over the conservatory..so i take the wfp round the back again start cleaning window above cons when she says oh no i mean those ones..After explaining that it is in fact a GLASS ROOF  :o and not a window she says oh i want them done evertime with the windows(5 panels running from the wall down decent slope) so agree new price of £20 and both happy. I dont think she was trying it on either just a misunderstanding

Sort it out asap as politely as possible, if she starts to get funny then you will have no choice but to stop cleaning for her
