Any suggestions on best way to remove cement from glass & plastic frame / sill? Have in the past soaked then carefully used scraper. No good for frame anyway.
Any other suggestions?

Get the customer to get their builder to remove it.

Thanks Rob will give it a try. Builders merchant for that I guess?

Really simple - use a 6 inch scraper with new blade
For the glass - soap up the glass then carefully use the scraper in left to right motions across the glass -
For the frames (assuming upvc) Just carefully pull the blade backwards to remove deposits ( can't go forwards as blade will stick into frame)
Thats all you need,

Yeah any builders merchants should do it

you can get blunt edge blades for upvc or plastic blades too! the big handled type scrapers are normally reversable, in other words one side of the blade is blunt for soft surfaces like upvc and the other side is sharp for glass!

...Which is why the builder who deposited the cement on the glass should have the responsibility of removing it!

I just soak with a hot sponge and use a wallpaper (blunt) type scraper
