Hi All,
Sometime within the next couple of months I'm going to be changing my company name from "Southern Cleaning Services" to "Something Window Cleaning"...
I have a couple of ideas on new names already. I just need to make the final decision so that I can rebrand.
For those of you who have gone through the same process... How did you inform your customers? i.e. A letter, or you just told them?
Did it cause you any problems?
Thanks,
Andy

regards domestic customers - a high % cant remember the window cleaners company name, just know his/name ....
more modern companies in any trade us a one word name or something catchy ...
i saw a builder using a meerkat as his logo but was called by his name builders eg joe bloggs builders.
i bet alot of customers wont rememmber his company name but will remember his meerkat on van, flyers ...
one chap on here was called rubber duck cleaning - i liked that, easy to remember and a good simple logo of a rubber duck.

Why you changing your name Andy?
I wouldnt bother telling domestic customers, if your not changing van, just the sign writing

Why you changing your name Andy?
I'm trying to get away from gutter cleaning etc... and just focus on Window Cleaning, plus I want a better brand name than Southern Cleaning Services for when I promote more in the summer.
