Post by: richy27 on April 12, 2011, 07:13:44 pm
Hi guys   i have got a job cleaning a large ish smooth altro floor in a work shop   . client is a regular carpet cleaning customer and would prefer me to handle this for him.  I have cleaned quite a lot of hard floors before from ceramics to nat stone flooring but never cleaned altro.

for you guys who have what equipment do you use and chemicals    goin to give JK a call in the next few days but wanted to know what you guys thought.

flooring is pretty clean anyways as its only been down a few months but client likes to maintain things so its going to be done every 3 months .

thanks in advance

Rich

Hi Richard,

Clovers virosol and Ubik 2000 are both brilliant on hard floors they are easy on the wallet as well and highly diluteable.
Leave on the floor for a bit of contact time , agitation and vacuum away, job done.

cheers
Tom

Enzall and green pad. We used that recently and the results were superb.

Rinse afterwards. Especially Ubik2000. Someone once recommended I use that for cotton print suites. idiot!
