Well done mate, sounds like a great plan!

Need to ask you a question as I am thinking of doing down the same path as you..

Did you find going over the VAT threshold a nightmare and suddenly having to pay 20% etc etc..

I also want to take on another members of staff so that I can concentrate more on getting new business and maybe once-twice a week go out on the round to make sure custies are happy etc.

How have you found it bud?

hi richie,    do you just post leaflets   or do you do door knocking,   how much are your 2000 leaflets,  i keep meaning to do leaflet designs to print but keep putting it off.    any chance of getting an idea what to highlight leaflets,    put cards in houses not got any replies at all.

iv had the same one for ages got quite a lot of work off it but just had it redesigned which iv designed friend who is graphic designer digitalizes it all for me n then i have a friend whose a printer so imagine gettin 20000 for bout 100quid,  iv not personally canvassed loads but have had a canvasser in past but i would say best is to drop leaflets n then return too canvass few days later,as it gives people time too read the leaflet understand what ur about, i find with canvassing u pick up a lot of messers ok for when startin out but can be quite detrimental when tryin to keep a busy round organised
