Hi all,
Does anyone have a staff contract template they could email to me, and maybe also a form that a new member of staff fill in with their details... address, national insurance number, bank account details etc..?

have you had a look at the written statement on business link/hmrc website? pretty good as you fill in an online form and it'll make the statement for you with everything on it. only thing is it doesn't add special stuff just the basics.
