It maybe is for example a large national cleaning company may sub out to for example the south west to dave and north west to dean, and so on.

and it goes further, I do a next subbed from a scot national, but the main contractor is an even bigger company

We do the Leicester, Northampton & Peterborough HMV's.

what happened to spotless comercial cleaning didn't they have the contract at one point i worked for them years ago in the bluewater hmv as the cleaner  ;D
