Post by: H2O TECH on April 07, 2011, 10:46:45 am
I am looking to earn extra cash by cleaning, first off i am going to do windown cleaning and start that up, I was wondering if males do domestic cleaning as well
or is this dominated by women? Any thoughts opinions?

i used to clean dometic properties on a weekly basis and still do for one off spring cleans and moving house cleans. never been a problem but then i'm a fairly small guy i suppose and always work with girls any way so it's not just me in the house. like with all things i'd say some customers wont mind it, some will, some wont mind an old lady, some will etc.

years ago, about 10 years now I started on domestic properties. Like gcs said some dont mind as long as the end result is good. Some do mind it.

Hence the reason I moved to commercial cleaning. Since then never had an issue.

I dont think it has anything to do with your physical size but if you look less threatening then I suppose that would help matter. :)
