Right, I need a connection for my 400 litre flat tank and I thought a NITO Male connector to 3/4" screw would do:

But it's too small:

What do you recommend I buy?
Thanks in advance! ;D

If that's the same size as mine, it'll be 1", therefore go to plumbers merchants and ask for 1-3\4" reducing bush then you can use the connector you've got there.

go to a plumbing shop (type with a counter, none of that b&q nonsense ) and show them the fitting and the thread size it needs to fit to and I'm sure they will sort you out with a threaded brass coupling.

update - another simon beat me to it, ha ha, great Simon's think alike :D

i would fit a tap on it too before that connector, as i have found when the water gets low in the tank and say you go down a hill water from the pump and hosing drains into the tank and can cause slight airlocks that mess the flow rate a bit so what i do is when the water is low in the tank i just close the tap to stop any water flowing back into the tank and stops me getting air trapped in the pump and hosing (hope that makes sence)
