Title: FWC Questionnaire
Post by: Bryan_Dolby on April 04, 2011, 07:13:17 pm
Hi fellow window cleaners
The FWC would like some help
There is a questionnaire on the FWC web site and anybody who completes it and sends it in there will be a prize draw with one year’s free membership for the winner
Just go to the home page and it’s in the middle
Click to complete the questionnaire (follow instructions)
We want positive and negative answers
Regards

This will help the FWC make changes to what you expect from a trade association representing the window cleaning industry

I don't know if it's me or if it's the way the FWC have set it up.  Unfortunately I am unable to fill it in electronically as it's a read only document.  I have printed the questionnaire sheet.  Is it intended that we fill it in by hand, scan it, then attach the scan to an email?  Or are we meant to post them in?  On the sheet it says that we can also reply online at http://www.f-w-c.co.uk  -  though I can't see where we can do that.  A link in the original post would have been helpful too.
I don't suppose the questionnaire is about the FWC's IT skills, is it?  ;D

Very unprofessional, looks like its been written by a 5 year old.

And sorry but free membership isnt worth having, so I wont be spending 5 minutes to complete it for something I dont even want to win.

Just my opinion.

Yes free membership is terrible, it should be at least half price  ?

Nick

If you fill it in and win, I will buy your prize from you if it is transferable

I was a member for 4 years... all i got was a mag every 3 months tbh..

Benefits like discounted equipment? that's a joke its more expensive than most suppliers.. cheaper yellow pages advert well not really because they dont do it in my local one and still costs near 200 if i remember correctly.

This forum is more helpful than the FWC!! they dont even provide a forum for you to use like cleanitup either lol for help and advice

I'll fill it in later.

I'm not a fan of the FWC & I'll hold my hand up to slating them in the past. However, it can only be a good thing that they want to listen & want our honest opinions with the questionnaire. Credit where credit's due! ;)
