Monthly and Bi-Monthly

To start the ball rolling, since it's the manager of a job you already do, I'd do it for £50 every three months, or £40 every two months.
Is the cost of the clean to be added to the bill of the company? ;D I have one where I do that.

£35 4 wkly inc 3rd storey windows and cons

I would quote £50, I don't quote differently for anything under 3 months.

Small world Chris, done the builder clean on the windows when they were first built!! :)

Do you do any of them now...
-
About £40 - £45 including the skylights but excluding the conservatory roof. Add a tenner if they want the roof done every time because they're much easier when they are properly maintained. The main potential drawback could be the access. No problem though if you can pre-arrange it for doing as the first job of the day - so long as they don't insist on a late start.
Just looked at the other quotes on here and looks like I'm thereabouts.
-
£30 monthly or bi-monthly dont do 3 monthly unless its a big job.
-
£45 every 6-8 weeks
-
I would go £50 monthly and 65 bi monthly. if you add it to the company he would value your silence.
-
£50 @4 weeks inc con roof £65@ 8 weeks inc con roof.
-
got to be worth 40 quid of anybodys money
-
should only take an hour ;)
