for  £15 you have to clean the holiday shop externals once a week plus the insides once a month plus currys in and out once a month.  you do this and get the £15

The joys of the national companys,if everybody had the same atiitude and told 'em to get lost they could never make it work!
But as previously said some monkey will do it for pennies...

sounds like a thompson first choice kind of touch to me , the leccy is the same as comet , shocking money , my contractor took all the work back last month 8.5 k in total for a year , am i sad , not in the least , never earnt so much whilst not doing it .
Was averaging 2.5k a month whilst doing it , last month was the first full month without it and guess what 3.5k, that was just from one of the vans .

Conclusion ........ commercial is in my wiew not the way to go if you are at the end of the chain , it is plain black and white in my case , take the commercial by all means , but make sure its your own !

A very happy , less tired , paperworkless free Rich .

Roll on the days of the return of in house ops  ;D

No mate thats not regarding you. Its regarding somebody, somewhere who will do it for the £15 per month both stores....

I agree with Rich, the guys at the end of the chain will end up doing lots of work for peanuts and the paperwork they want is ridiculous and with royal mail putting up postage by over 10% today it wont be long until the cost of sending away the paperwork is more than you get paid for the jobs!

I can relate to this because last year I was offered two of M & S flagship stores in my local shopping centre the once biggest in Europe Merry Hill centre.
I was really excited when I got the green light to do these shops. However when I had actually been given a price for them and seen what needed to be done I was straight on the phone to decline my services.
Think it was a sub-contracter that offered me the work so he was taking his cut too.
