Title: First day back to work today ....

.... after my hernia op.

It's less than three weeks ago since I had it done. Took it really easy (started at just after 9am and finished just after 3pm).

I feel good!  :)

how did the op go mate. will take you a while to get back into the swing of things.

It went really well.

I was advised to take 6 weeks off, but I was feeling so good that I went to my GP last week to see if I could go back sooner. He said it should be OK if I take it easy and do short days to start with.
