Title: RO & DI problems

HI all,

I have recently changed the resin in my di unit as I was getting readings of around 18.

After the ro and membranes I am getting around the same reading so changed the resin and flushed system and  now getting between 4 & 11 have i not put enough resin in or is there another problem.

had the same prob fill it up as much as you can so its compacted in there also make sure the lid is tight so can make a good seal

Woody is it  to late for this batch of resin or can i still top it up...

try it mate top up to the brim and push it down then put the lid on matethey are very tempemental

The best way to get resin into one of those chambers is to cut down a small coke bottle into a scoop.  It fits perfectly and it's far less messy.  I then tap the resin down and fill with a bit of water; this helps compact the resin, and then I put more resin in, a little more water if need be, tap down and then try to get more resin in.
