got a customer that's moved into a house that previously had a dog. it's giving the family issues with allergies and they've asked if we could look into cleaning it. they've taken up the carpets and said it's still really bad and it's in the floor boards etc.
I have suggested a full spring clean but unsure if this would be enough as the allergy is fairly severe starting minutes once into the property.
I've never had to deal with anything this bad so thought i'd check what advise i can get. I don't want the customer to pay for a full spring clean if it wont make any difference. what would others do with this situation?

I'd give it a good thorough clean and then ozone the house to clear any remaining bacteria. Is ozone kosha in the green book ? It is sort of natural in a synthetic sort of way

I recommend deep cleaning, Every six to eight months carpeting should be professionally cleaned. An alternative would be to do-it-yourself with a rented rug cleaner or purchase one of your own. Schedule your carpet’s deep cleaning for the spring and fall.
