i want to know how to cut and paste a picture or just a bit of a web page.

Okay, get a photobucket account here:
http://photobucket.com/
Then find a pic you like and right click on it and click the "copy Image URL" option.
Then go to photobucket and click on the "Upload Now" icon, and then click on the "My computer" icon and a list will drop down. Click on 'From the Web".
In the box that appears, left click (this clears the box) and then right click "paste" and this fills the box with the Image URL that you copied.
Click "Start Uploading". The picture will be uploaded into your photobucket account.
Then you put your pointer over the picture, and a drop down menu will appear; you just click on the "IMG Code" and it automatically copies your pic, and you then paste the pic to a forum by right clicking and clicking on "Paste".
On your post you'll just see a long line of what looks meaningless writing like this:
tp://ht p://img.photobucket.com/albums/v737/tosh0987/Funny%20stuff%20forforums/jesusltr.jpg[/img]
But when you preview the pic it will look like this:
It sounds like a palava, but it's simple and quick to do, once you get the hang of it.
And I've not watched this, but I'm sure this'll explain how to do it also:

You can even design book covers and copy the pic to your photobucket account:
