Hi peeps, just wondering if any of you have one of the wcw backpacks v2 and are they any good. Was thinking of getting one as they seem a good price. Can anyone also tell me if i need the microbore tap that can be bought with it as im not sure what bits i need really, or do i need a length of hose to go with it to connect to the pole.thanks for any help.Ian ;) http://www.windowcleaningwarehouse.co.uk/shop/backpacks/wcw-backpack.html

the v2 is the same product as the esr16 on john hewitts site.

but its cheaper on his site - £130 inc vat n del

i have this, its a great bit of kit!

5 speed controller - but speed 1 is more than enough.

yes a length of microbore hose (say 10 m) do the front, pick it up and then round the back.

sorry to say the esr16 is out of stock so either wait or pay the extra at wcw.

end of the day its just a crop sprayer but works well!

i put a flow contoller tap on it from gardiners but mainly use an aqua dapter.

if you go back 3 - 5 pages - someone did a price compare on backpack ....

I had to replace my original yellow wcw backpack with one of these.
Very good, I like the controller but blue for Gods sake. You have no idea of the water level inside. Instead of adapting it for this industry they buy crop sprayers and stick their logo on it Think I'm a bit arsey this morning ;D
Get one though
