Fits the description of someone I unfortunately know in that area.
Doesn't give out his number, or if has to says he can't answer it as it's broke and was using son's, wife's, girlfriend's, mate's phone.
He gives out 3 or 4 addresses to custies and likes to use email, though it's not his email, it's his wife's, girlfriend's etc etc.
Hope it's not him, but if it is, he'll lie, cheat, steal anything to stop you getting business near him.
As I say though, hopefully it's just a misguided windy with a magic formula additive!!
